Louie
Ladybug

Howdy. That's my picture over there. I'm Louis J. Ladybug, but I
would rather be called Louie. And yes, I am a guy ladybug. Everybody
seems to think there are only girl ladybugs, but they are wrong. Sometimes
it bothers me that other bugs tease me about that but I am trying to not let it
anymore. It is hard sometimes, though.
I don't know why we are called ladybugs, but we are and that
is that. The J in my name stands for Justin, my great-great grandfather on my mom's
side of the family. I never met him but I hear he was a really cool old
bug. My great, great, great grandpa on my dad's side was one of the first
families to settle in the Ruby Valley.
I have a mom and a dad and a little sister names Lilly.
My parents own
Ladybug Acres which is a big farm on the southwest side of Bug Island.
It is at the end of
Ladybug Lane. Most of the ladybugs in the valley live on our road.
And a lot of them help out at our farm. We grow all kinds of fruits and
vegetables and sell it to the bugs in the valley.
Benjy Bee is my best friend and we have had some really cool
adventures together. You will be able to read about some of them on this
website soon. Benjy and I like to go fishing and canoeing in our leaf
canoe the best of all the things we do. I like to read and play sports and
I like to do
BugArt.
